Review Fuel is operated by Review Fuel LLC (“Review Fuel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit our website, request an audit or demo, communicate with us, or use our services.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. We collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, business location, and the contents of your inquiries, forms, and communications.
Business and service information. When you request an audit or become a client, we collect information relevant to your business and the services you request. This can include publicly available Google Business Profile information, reviews, business listings, and information you authorize us to access through connected accounts.
Technical information. Our website and hosting providers collect information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs. Additional tracking, if enabled, is described in the cookies section below.
Billing information and Stripe. We use Stripe to process payments for purchased services. Stripe processes payment and transaction information to complete payments, help prevent fraud, and meet its legal obligations. We receive information needed to administer your account, such as billing contact details, invoices, payment status, and transaction records. Please do not submit payment card details, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through general website contact forms.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested audits, demos, and consultations.
- Set up, deliver, support, and administer services you purchase.
- Send appointment information, service communications, and other messages you request or authorize.
- Send promotional communications where permitted and subject to your preferences and any required consent.
- Maintain and improve our website and services.
- Protect accounts and systems, investigate misuse, and prevent fraud.
- Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
We use information for purposes compatible with those described here or provide additional notice and obtain consent when required.
3. When we disclose information
Service providers. We disclose information to providers that perform services for us, such as website hosting, forms, scheduling, customer relationship management, email and text-message delivery, payment processing through Stripe, and technical support. Providers receive information relevant to their work and are subject to applicable contractual or legal restrictions.
Your instructions. We disclose information when you direct us to do so or authorize a connection to another service.
Legal and protective purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, legal claims, or threats to people’s rights or safety.
Business changes. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, relevant records may be transferred subject to applicable law and privacy protections. The SMS restrictions below continue to apply; a business transfer does not itself authorize a different sender to use your messaging consent.
4. Text messages and mobile information
If you separately opt in to text messages from Review Fuel, we use your phone number, consent records, and messaging activity to operate that messaging program, honor your choices, and maintain required records.
We do not sell, rent, or give mobile information or SMS consent records to other businesses or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers that deliver or support our messages may process this information on our behalf, subject to restrictions on its use. We may also disclose information when legally required.
Providing a phone number, requesting an audit, or accepting website terms does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages.

5. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect website or embedded-tool functionality.
6. Client customer information
When a business client asks us to process information about its customers, we handle that information on the client’s behalf under our agreement and instructions. Depending on the service, it can include customer names, contact details, service or appointment details, review-request activity, feedback, and communication preferences.
The client determines the purposes of this processing and is responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining required permissions. We do not use a client’s customer list to independently market Review Fuel to those customers.
If you received a message on behalf of one of our clients, contact that business about its privacy practices or to exercise your rights. You may also contact us, and we will assist or refer your request as appropriate.
7. How long we retain information
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to carry out the purposes described in this policy, provide services, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, our relationship with you, contractual requirements, and applicable law.
We may retain limited opt-out information to honor your communication preferences. Information processed for clients is retained or deleted according to our agreements and applicable requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message. Essential account, billing, or requested-service communications may continue where appropriate. SMS choices are described above.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain processing. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions.
To submit a request, contact support@reviewfuel.net. We may need to verify your identity and, where relevant, an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If an appeal right applies to a decision we make, you may request an appeal through the same contact address. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10. Other websites and processing locations
Our website may link to other websites or use embedded third-party services. Their own privacy notices describe information they collect for their own purposes. This policy continues to describe our handling of information we receive through those services.
We operate in the United States. Information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements and any required safeguards.
11. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for business users, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@reviewfuel.net so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
