Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Review Fuel website and participation in Review Fuel’s text-messaging program. Review Fuel is operated by Review Fuel LLC (“Review Fuel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please review these terms before using the website. Where we ask you to accept these terms, your acceptance forms an agreement with us. If you do not agree, do not use features or services that require acceptance.
1. Website purpose and eligibility
Review Fuel provides information about reputation management, review-request services, Google Business Profile optimization, and related business services.
Our website and services are intended for people who are at least 18 years old and can enter into a binding agreement. If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. Audits, demos, and paid services
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a free audit, or booking a demo does not enroll you in paid services or authorize a charge.
Paid services require a separate agreement, accepted proposal, or order that describes the scope, fees, billing arrangements, term, cancellation process, and any refund terms. Payments are processed through Stripe. Any recurring billing requires the authorization and disclosures applicable to that arrangement. The use of Stripe does not itself authorize recurring charges.
If a separate service agreement conflicts with these website terms about paid services, the service agreement governs those services. These website terms do not establish a minimum contract term or a blanket no-refund policy.
3. Results and third-party platforms
Audits and recommendations reflect the information available when prepared. Business outcomes depend on factors such as competition, location, customer participation, your business operations, and changes made by third-party platforms.
We do not guarantee a particular ranking, review count, star rating, lead volume, revenue amount, or timeline. Examples or past results do not establish what another business will achieve.
Review Fuel is an independent service provider. We are not Google and do not control Google’s rankings, reviews, profile decisions, policies, or availability. References to Google and other third-party names identify their respective products or services and do not imply endorsement.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and use the website and services lawfully. When you provide business information, account access, content, or customer information, you must have the authority and permissions required to do so.
You must not:
- Attempt to access systems or information without authorization.
- Upload malicious code, interfere with website operation, or misuse forms.
- Impersonate another person or provide deceptive information.
- Submit information or materials that infringe another person’s rights.
- Use our services to send unauthorized messages or publish fabricated reviews.
Review-related activity must comply with the relevant platform’s rules. Services must not be used to offer prohibited review incentives, suppress legitimate negative reviews, or selectively solicit only positive public reviews.
5. Text-messaging terms
Program name: Review Fuel.
If you separately opt in, Review Fuel may send text messages about the message categories you selected, such as audit or demo scheduling, appointment reminders, and service support. Promotional messages about Review Fuel services or offers require a separate marketing opt-in. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.
Frequency: Messages may recur. The number of messages varies with your requests, appointments, selected subscriptions, and interactions.
Charges: Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing messages according to your wireless plan. Ask your wireless provider about charges.
Your choice: SMS consent is voluntary and is not required to purchase services, request an audit, or submit a website inquiry. You may consent to one message category without consenting to another.
STOP: Reply STOP to a message to withdraw from the messaging program. You may receive one confirmation of your request; further program messages will stop. You can also contact support@reviewfuel.net to withdraw consent. To rejoin, complete a new opt-in.
HELP: Reply HELP for assistance or email support@reviewfuel.net.
Delivery: Delivery depends on networks, devices, and other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone number changes: You must be authorized to use the number you provide. Please notify us if you change or stop using that number.
Privacy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent records: /privacy-policy.
This program covers messages sent by Review Fuel on its own behalf. Messages sent for another business are subject to that business’s identity, consent process, and applicable terms.
6. Intellectual property and submitted materials
The Review Fuel name, logo, website design, copy, graphics, and other original materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view and use the website to learn about and evaluate our services. Other uses require permission unless allowed by law.
Third-party trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners.
You retain ownership of information and materials you provide. You authorize us to use them as reasonably needed to respond to your request or perform agreed services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement. This permission does not authorize us to publicly use your name, logo, or testimonial as an endorsement without separate permission.
7. External services and website availability
Links and integrations may take you to services operated by others. Their terms apply to your use of their services. We do not control their content or operation.
We may update, maintain, or discontinue website features. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or violations of these terms. Obligations relating to paid services remain governed by the applicable service agreement.
8. Website information and liability
We aim to provide useful, accurate website information, but it may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Review Fuel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, including lost profits or business opportunities. Liability for paid services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Arizona law, without applying its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
If you have a concern, contact support@reviewfuel.net so we can try to resolve it. This request does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or seeking remedies available under applicable law.
10. Changes and general provisions
We may revise these terms prospectively by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request acceptance. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing paid-service agreement.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
